Kenneth commenced his piano studies at 7 years old. At age 9, he began learning with Dr Paul Rickard-Ford, and soon passed his Licentiate diploma (LmusA) with distinction at just 12 years old.

He continued his piano experience winning many 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes at local Eisteddfods including Sydney Eisteddfod and St George Eisteddfod. He also achieved distinction in several international piano competitions, including winning both the EPTA Belgium competition in 2014 and the 22nd Mladi Virtuozi (Young Virtuoso) international piano competition in Zagreb, Croatia, as well as being a finalist for the Aarhus International Piano Competition in 2015.

In Year 12, Kenneth received a Band 6 for his Music 2 studies, as well as achieving a score of 49/50 for Music Extension. He was also a nominee for HSC Encore, and received an unconditional offer to study at the renowned Sydney Conservatorium of Music.

Kenneth’s extensive personal piano experience has allowed him to excel in his teaching. His students not only enjoy learning with him as he provides a fun learning environment but develop fantastic fundamentals to excel in any performance or exam they participate in.
