Lily began piano at the early age of 5 and has completed her Bachelor of Music at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. She has also attained her Associate Diploma from the AMEB (AMusA) and received the Dux award for ranking first in her year for Music HSC having received the highest band in the music course, placing her in the top percentile of HSC music students in the state. As a teacher, her friendly and patient attitude has allowed for exceptional improvement and a developing passion for the instrument. Her teaching philosophy is to nurture a love of music while still developing a strong, technical foundation and as a result, many of her students have received exceptional results in AMEB and CBE exams.

Lily’s teaching method and structure has allowed her students to maintain a consistent distinction result from Preliminary to Diploma levels in Piano. Her lessons have been well enjoyed and loved by all her students with a praise in her ability to allow high achieving results with the balance of love and passion for music without fatigue.
